Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 business days of confirmation of order.  After this, orders cannot be cancelled.  All requests for cancellation must be notified in writing.

In the event that you cancel an order within the required timeframe but you have already been charged, we will refund the amount paid as soon as possible and, whatever the case, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of cancellation (when it comes to cancelling the order).

Cancellations of a custom order must be made within 2 business days of confirmation of order.

After this, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Returns

Every Oure furniture piece is carefully handcrafted to order therefore we cannot accept returns.

Handcraft manufacturing

Each and every Oure product is manufactured using the highest quality material.  We aim for consistency in all our products. However, due to the manual production process, small irregularities which may be present in some products should not be seen as defects.  The  one (1) year warranty provided by Oure does not cover irregularities as they are a result of handmade production. Timber components will vary slightly in colour and grain direction

Faulty or wrong product

In the event that a faulty or an incorrect product is delivered by Oure, we will cover the costs of collecting the faulty or incorrect item and sending the correct item that was ordered.  If you change your mind and wish to exchange the faulty or incorrect product for a different item you will need to cover the cost of return and delivery of the new product.

Photography

Whilst every effort is made to ensure an accurate representation of product colours, finishes and dimensions are provided, slight variances may sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.  Further, due to differences in monitors and screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will be an accurate reflection of the true colour of the product.
